The present invention relates to an independent electric power system, a control device, and a plug socket device for displaying the state of supply and demand, which are provided to display the state of supply and demand of electric power on the plug socket device for ta user to judge the use of load, and to identify the state of supply and demand of the electric power of the electric power system by identifying the state of a common line inside the electric power system. The independent electric power system comprises: at least one decentralized power supply connected to a first line; at least two plug socket devices connected to a second line; a third line connecting the first line and the second line; and a control device which identifies the state of supply and demand of electric power of the electric power system according to the voltage or frequency of the third line, and displays the state of supply and demand of electric power on at least one plug socket device from among at least two plug socket devices.
