A door hinge for a refrigerator and a manufacturing method thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention are characterized by improving rigidity and a quality of the appearance by drawing a metallic material to form the lateral and central surfaces and cutting and forming the drawn object with a press pressing method corresponding to the shape of the door hinge. The door hinge for a refrigerator includes a mounting unit formed of the drawn metallic material and fixated to the front surface of a refrigerator body while being interposed between an upper refrigerator door and the front surface of the refrigerator body and a supporting unit formed to project in a lateral direction vertical to one lateral surface of the mounting unit in case of drawing-processing and cut by press processing. The vertically arranged refrigerator doors are pivotally joined to the supporting unit.
