The present invention relates to a poly urethane resin composition for a hollow fiber membrane potting agent and a hollow fiber membrane module and, more specifically, a poly urethane resin composition for a hollow fiber membrane potting agent, which includes a poly urethane resin and a hydrophilic additive and accordingly has good resistance to internal and external pressure while having outstanding sealing property and a resistant contamination property, and a hollow fiber membrane module including cured products thereof.
