The present invention provides a raw coffee bean processing method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the raw coffee bean processing method includes the steps of: applying stream onto raw coffee beans to weak the bond between the raw coffee beans and the silver skin thereon; stirring the raw coffee beans; dry-washing the raw coffee beans stirred in the previous step to remove the silver skin; drying the coffee beans without the silver skin; and processing the dried coffee beans in a high-temperature, high-pressure environment. |
