An apparatus for outputting and controlling a warning sound of a vehicle and a method thereof are provided to automatically control and output the gain of the warning sound according to a noise level inside a vehicle and to increase the power of the delivery of the warning sound. The apparatus for outputting and controlling a warning sound of a vehicle of the present invention is provided by comprising: an MCU that receives a warning sound; a microphone that receives noise inside a vehicle; a control unit that controls the output gain of warning sound received from the MCU according to the noise received through the microphone; and a speaker that outputs the warning sound whose output gain is controlled through the control unit. |
