The present invention relates to a dehydrating and drying apparatus, and more specifically, to an industrial dehydrating apparatus which dehydrates the moisture contained in a contaminated sludge by transmitting the heat of high temperature. The apparatus comprises a high temperature heating roller which emits the high temperature heat; a drying and filtering belt which moves along the outer surface of the high temperature heating roller; a heating flow path plate which is disposed near the outside of the drying and filtering belt; and a sludge which is inputted between the high temperature heating roller and the drying and filtering belt to enclose the outer surface of a plurality of high temperature heating roller, thereby heating and drying the both sides of the sludge by the high temperature heating roller and the heating flow path plate, The present invention comprises: an inputting and drying unit which is disposed on one side of the dehydrating and drying apparatus, and which heats and dries the inputted sludge; and a drying and discharging unit which is disposed on the other side of the dehydrating and drying apparatus, and which heats and dries a semi-dried sludge provided from the inputting and drying unit. The inputting and drying unit includes an inputting and high temperature heating roller which maintains the high temperature and is rotated by receiving a high temperature thermal medium; and the drying and discharging unit includes a discharging and high temperature heating roller which maintains the high temperature and is rotated by receiving the high temperature thermal medium, a single drying and filtering belt which moves along the outer surface of the inputting and high temperature heating roller of the inputting and drying unit, and moves continuously along the outer surface of the discharging and high temperature heating roller of the drying and discharging unit, thereby dehydrating and drying the sludge between the single drying and filtering belt and the inputting and high temperature heating roller, and drying the semi-dried sludge between the single drying and filtering belt and the discharging and high temperature heating roller. |
