摘要 A method of determining a mobility state of a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communications network, the method comprising: obtaining, at a first device, a first speed measurement, the first speed measurement being a measurement of a radial speed of the UE relative to a first network element; obtaining, at the first device, one or more second speed measurements corresponding, respectively, to one or more second network elements, each of the one or more second speed measurements being a measurement of a radial speed of the UE relative to the corresponding one of the one or more second network elements; generating, at the first device, a comparison result based on the first speed measurement and the one or more second speed measurements; and determining the mobility state of the UE based on the comparison result.
