The present invention relates to an encoder broadcasting apparatus having a built-in modulator, comprising: an encoder unit which receives and compresses audio and video signals to encode the same in an MPEG-2 TS (transport stream) format having a constant bit rate (CBR); a modulator unit which transforms the signals via RF modulation into an available frequency channel to transmit, to a broadcast receiving apparatus, the MPEG-2 TS received from the encoder unit; a network unit which receives IP packets from the Internet network; and a control unit, thereby determining whether the format of the received IP packets is valid MPEG-2 TS or not, and automatically setting to convert to the encoder unit or the modulator unit. |
