A method for providing a lottery service based on a payment means for a traffic charge comprises the steps of: receiving a payment request from the payment means, in which an electronic tag is attached to purchase a lottery ticket, of the traffic charge through a wireless communications network; detecting a lottery purchasing history by reading the electronic tag; collecting a lottery purchasing payment using the payment means for the traffic charge when the history of the lottery purchasing history is matched with a predetermined condition; determining the winning state of the lottery ticket winning money by applying a predetermined winning rule; and providing the winning money to a winner. |
