The present invention relates to a signal output method of an acceleration sensor capable of changing a sensing range by using one acceleration sensor. The signal output method of the acceleration sensor comprises; an input step in which an acceleration value sensed from an acceleration sensor is inputted; a determining unit which determines a sensing range bit value by comparing the inputted acceleration value with a predetermined acceleration range; a setting unit which sets one between a predetermined high gravity sensing range and low gravity sensing range according to the determined sensing range bit value; and an output unit which calls predetermined sensing sensitivity according to the determined sensing range and outputs a sensing data value based on the called sensing sensitivity and the inputted acceleration value. The signal output method of the acceleration sensor optimizes a system because one acceleration sensor performs the function of the low and high gravity sensors. |
