A jig for making a blade of a wrapper knife is provided to reduce the time for setting a knife, to reduce the blade molding time in half, and to improve productivity. The jig for making a blade of a wrapper knife comprises: a jig body (10) where a first slope and a second slope (10a, 10b) are formed in the lengthwise direction on both sides of the top center to be symmetrical, wherein the slopes are orthogonal to each other; a first knife settling groove and a second knife settling groove (14, 15) formed in the lengthwise direction on the top of the first and second slopes (10a, 10b) of the jig body (10) to be symmetrical for a first knife and a second knife (1, 2) respectively formed in the shape of a long plate to be settled; a first knife fixing unit and a second knife fixing unit (21, 22) respectively fixed to each of the first and second slopes (10a, 10b) of the jig body (10) that fix the first and second knives (1, 2) settled in the first and second knife settling grooves (14, 15); and a knife aligning unit (31) fixed at both ends in the lengthwise direction of the jig body (10) that aligns the first and second knives (1, 2) settled at the first and second knife settling grooves (14, 15) and fixed by the first and second fixing units (21, 22) in the lengthwise direction of the knives to be distanced for a certain distance, which is half the distance between one bumpy part (1a) from among bumpy parts (1a, 1b) of the blade to be formed on one side of the first knife (1) and another bumpy part (1a) close to the bumpy part. |
