A beam-forming system and method for binaural hearing support device are provided to, even if the input (inflow) of a voice that a hard-of-hearing using a binaural hearing support device desires to recognize is given from any direction, enable the hard-of-hearing to recognize the subject voice regardless of the physical positioning of the hard-of-hearing and regardless of the frequency of the subject voice flowing in. The beam-forming method according to the present invention is provided by comprising the steps of: forming a preliminary beam pattern through beam-forming of voice entered into a binaural hearing support device and judging in which direction of the hearing device from among the front, the back, the left, and the right the subject voice for recognition of the hard-of-hearing is entered; and calibrating the preliminary beam pattern according to the direction where the sound source of the subject voice is located and forming a final beam pattern (output voice) on the subject voice.
