The present invention is to provide a fusion false twisted yarn having soft and natural gloss and touch such as synthetic fiber filamentary silk, wherein the fusion false twisted yarn irregularily comprises two untwisting fusion portions per 1 cm of the fusion false twisted yam, one lead-free fusion portion, and two twisting fusion portions. A twisting method of the fusion false twisted yarn is based on 50 denier 36 fila synthetic fiber filament. While passing the prepared 50 denier 36 fila synthetic fiber filament through a first heater, maintaining 1.2 m of a heater length and 245 to 253°C of a heater temperature, at 65m/min, the present invention gives 3300 to 3700 T/M (twisting). After a natural untwisting, the present invention winds to a bobbin after setting by passing through a second heater of 180°C of a heater temperature. Since the untwisting fushion portions, the lead-free fusion portion, and twisting fusion portions are irregularily and properly repeated, the present invention has an effect on realizing the soft and natural gloss and touch featured in the silk, and enables to manufacture with a simple method by a twisting machine generally using the fusion false twisted yam having the effect as well as being economical by increasing foreign competitiveness as replacing a silk fabric. |
