The present invention relates to a film having a blurred and opaque stain or an ameba-shaped foreign material presented on a triacetyl cellulose film, and to a method for manufacturing the same. Specifically, an opaque foreign material or an insoluble component having fluidity existing in a dope made by melting a triacetyl cellulose resin reduces transparency of the film and causes foreign material defect, when being used in a display panel since shown as a blurred and opaque stain or an ameba-shaped foreign material on a triacetyl cellulose film obtained after manufacturing the dope. To solve the stated problem, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a triacetyl cellulose film having high transparency, which uses an additive for removing an opaque foreign material or an insoluble component having fluidity existing in a dope made by melting the triacetyl cellulose resin in a solvent, and accordingly does not have foreign material defect. |
