<p>The invention relates to a use of a composition as a lubricant, hydraulic or turbine oil, said composition containing from 90 to 99 % by weight of carboxylic esters derived from the reaction of mono-, di and/or poly alcohols with mono- and/or dicarboxylic acids, together with from 0.01 to 0.099 % by weight of an additive blend comprising at least two different additives (a) and (b) together, whereby the additive (a) is selected from dithiophosphates, and the additive (b) is selected from alkylated phosphorothionates, the additives (a) and (b) are in a weight ratio from 2:1 to 1:2, and the rest up to 100 % by weight being other lubricant additives, the aforesaid percentages by weight being calculated on the weight of the whole composition.</p> |
