<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver video by forming multi-viewpoint video coded data for highly precise video so as to enable decryption and reproduction even with a low-functional terminal.SOLUTION: A video distribution device that distributes coded video data of a video reproduction area, which is a specified partial area of overall video data, to a video reproducer, comprises: video coding means that applies sequence numbers to GOP composed of a plurality of frames identical in video reproduction area, and to which a reproduction area number for distinguishing video reproduction areas and an overall video frame number are applied, and that codes each of the GOP of different video reproduction areas; file forming means that forms and outputs a video information temporary file for each video reproduction area and each GOP, on the basis of the reproduction area number and the frame number applied by the video coding means; and transmission means that, in response to a request from the video reproducer, reads the coded video data of a video reproduction area to be displayed, from the video information temporary file and transmits it to the video reproducer.</p> |
