PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a set rule to be changed to an appropriate rule.SOLUTION: A load reduction program makes a computer execute: inputting an event relating to a rule used for providing predetermined information, from an input source of an event source (S11); determining whether a change predicted to match the rule has occurred in an input amount per unit period of an event input within a certain period (S11); and, when determining that no change has occurred, changing the input source from an event source of an event during inputting to other event source (S12).
