PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for preventing wiring congestion in a semiconductor integrated circuit by preventing circuit crowding and ensuring a wiring region.SOLUTION: In a semiconductor integrated circuit having a plurality of selection circuits and a selection register common to the plurality of selection circuits and supplying a selection signal for controlling signal selection to the selection circuits, the plurality of selection circuits are each fed with data signals or control signals, the selection register is provided for data signal selection circuits fed with the data signals and for control signal selection circuits fed with the control signals, and the control signals are signals to be processed in relation to the data signals.
