<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device that enables reduction in drive time of an aperture blade and reduction in power consumption.SOLUTION: The optical device is an optical device that includes; an aperture blade 104a; an opening/closing mechanism causing the aperture blade 104a to move; and a lens barrel 101 having an actuator driving the opening/closing mechanism. The optical device comprises: control means 105 for controlling a drive of the actuator; and chang-over means 302 for changing over a photograph mode from a state capable of photographing to a first mode 306 in a partially electrified state. When the change-over means 302 changes over the photograph mode to the first mode 306, the control means 105 is configured to control the drive of the actuator so that a position of the aperture blade 104a is stopped at a first aperture position other than a full-aperture position and a minimum aperture position.</p> |
