The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for transmitting control information in device-to-device (D2D) communication. The method for communication between transmission terminals according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step for deciding if transmission data corresponds to final transmission data; a step for generating a first sensing signal containing information indicating that the transmission data is the final transmission data if the transmission data is the final transmission data; and a step for transmitting the transmission data and the first sensing signal. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control information can be exchanged between devices without using an additional control channel and signal by using a channel sensing signal necessary for a distributed resource allocation type D2D operation in transmitting the control information.
