The present invention relates to a method for annealing a ferrite-based cold-rolled stainless steel sheet with a high silicon content; wherein the method comprises an annealing step of thermally treating a ferrite-based cold-rolled stainless steel sheet at a target annealing temperature for a crack retention time. The ferrite-based cold-rolled stainless steel sheet with a high silicon content comprises: 13-15 wt% of Cr; 0.8-1.0 wt% of Si; 0.1-0.5 wt% of Nb; 0.1-0.3 wt% of Ti; 0.3-1.0 wt% of Mn; and the remainder consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities with respect to the total weight of ferrite-based cold-rolled stainless steel sheet composites. The present invention provides the annealed steel sheet with an advantage to a pickling process as the thickness of an Si oxide layer occurred in the annealing step is controlled to 80 nm or smaller (excluding 0). |
