PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable wearing article which has required fitness to a waist of a wearer and never causes displacement of a rear waist region due to movements of a wearer.SOLUTION: A rear waist region 14 has a rear waist elastic region 40 where plural lines of waist elastic bodies 51, 52, 53, 54 extending in a lateral direction X are arranged. The rear waist elastic region 40 has a lower side part 40B located on a side of a crotch region 15, and the lower side part 40B has a lower side elastic region 42 located between both side edges 17c of the rear waist region 14. The lower side elastic region 42 is joined to a side flap 70 while being overlapped with each other in a plan view. The waist elastic bodies 51, 52, 53, 54 in the lower side part 40B are overlapped with a leg elastic body 71 mutually in the plan view, and an extention stress in the lower side elastic region 42 is lower than that of the other part in the rear waist elastic region 40. |
