PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants type wearing article which has a breaking guide part which is excellent in perceptibility and breaking properties for easily breaking the underpants type wearing article to open from a worn state.SOLUTION: In a part arranged around a waist of a wearer in an exterior body 3, a breaking guide notch part 4 is provided from a waist opening part WH to a leg opening part LH. The breaking guide notch part 4 is formed by arranging a plurality of holes 5 penetrating the exterior body 3 in a thickness direction to make a line in a vertical direction X. Each of the plurality of the holes 5 has a shape having two or more acute angles 5α in the plan view, and two of the arbitrary holes 5, 5, which are adjacent to each other in the vertical direction are arranged in such a manner that one acute angle 5α is proximate to the other acute angle 5α.
