PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery unit capable of detecting abnormality of a cooling passage more quickly.SOLUTION: A battery unit 20 mounted on a vehicle includes: a battery stack 22 which is housed under a seat, for example, a seat cushion 10a of a rear seat 10; a cooling passage 28 which is provided in the upper part of the battery stack 22 and through which cooling wind flows; and one or more sensors 40 for a passage which are provided at least on the upstream side than the center of the cooling passage 28 and which detect deformation of the cooling passage 28. |
