PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a user at a distribution destination in distributing document data.SOLUTION: A document distribution server 110 that in response to input of document data 212, generates distribution data 240 for distributing it to a distribution destination includes: acquisition means that, if specification information that specifies a reference destination is extracted from description of the document data 212, obtains reference destination data 230 from the reference destination specified on the basis of the specification information; and generation means that generates the distribution data so that the reference destination data 230 obtained by the acquisition means is viewed at the distribution destination. |
