PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure and method in which a neck part of a seam part is tightened for attaching a solar battery panel, capable of absorbing and controlling vertical vibrations even when the solar battery panel is exposed to a wind pressure that causes the panel to vibrate vertically, by effectively utilizing resilience of the seam part, roof part and even pressed part of the solar battery panel.SOLUTION: The top and bottom parts of a pair of holding parts are shaped to hold a neck part below a seam part 6 from both sides, and are always in contact with the lower seam part and a roof plate 5, thereby constraining the seam part. That is, since these parts remain in contact with the respective components while maintaining resilience, the resilience absorbs the force of a typhoon and others that vertically vibrates a solar battery panel 1, and controls the vibration. Also, the total length of a part shaped like a U flanged on both ends 3, which comprises a pair of crank-like folded parts positioned back-to-back, may be utilized effectively as a resilient part and may prevent a damage caused by a coersive force. |
