PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chromaticity measurement apparatus or the like capable of accurately measuring the chromaticity of a white image of a display device by a simple constitution using reference reflection means.SOLUTION: The chromaticity measurement apparatus comprises: a chromaticity acquisition unit 301 for acquiring the chromaticity of the reference reflection means which expresses a reference color; a color information acquisition unit 302 which, when causing a display apparatus of a measurement target to display an image for color measurement so as to match the hue of the image for color measurement with that of the reference reflection means, acquires color information to be used by the display apparatus to display the color for color measurement; and a chromaticity derivation unit 303 for deriving the chromaticity of the white image displayed on the display apparatus, on the basis of the acquired chromaticity and color information.
