PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiograph interpretation report creation device that enables a radiograph interpretation report to be automatically created without relaying on a work procedure of a radiograph interpreter, and enables reduction in burden.SOLUTION: A radiograph interpretation report creation device includes: an image acquisition part that acquires a medical image; a line-of-sight information acquisition part that acquires line-of-sight information on a radiograph interpreter radiographically interpreting a displayed image; a medical comment information storage part that stores medical comment information including at least a medical comment having an anatomical portion having abnormality observed and a content of the observed abnormality described; a gaze position specification part that specifies the gaze position from the line-of-sight information; a candidate image specification part that specifies a candidate image serving as a candidate of a key image which is a representative image having the abnormality observed; a key image specification part that specifies an image in which position information on the gaze portion matches position information on the anatomical portion as the key image; an image generation part that marks the gaze portion, and generates a radiograph interpretation report image having the medical comment corresponding to the anatomical portion given to a prescribed position of the key image; and a radiograph interpretation report creation part that creates the radiograph report having the image and the medical comment information associated with each other. |
