<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zoom lens having a wide field angle, a high zoom ratio, and high optical performance over the entire zoom range.SOLUTION: A zoom lens comprises, in order from an object side to an image side: a first lens group having positive refractive power that does not move for zooming; a second lens group having negative refractive power that moves during zooming; an N-th lens group being disposed closest to the image side and having positive refractive power that does not move for zooming. The first lens group is composed of, in order from the object side to the image side: an eleventh lens group having negative refractive power that does not move for focus adjustment; a twelfth lens group having positive refractive power that moves along an optical axis during focus adjustment; and a thirteenth lens group having positive refractive power that does not move for focus adjustment. A predetermined condition is satisfied by: a focal distance f1 of the first lens group; a focal distance fw of the zoom lens at a wide angle end; and a lateral magnificationβnw of the N-th lens group at a wide angle end when an on-axis luminous flux is incident from an infinite distance in a state of focusing on the infinite distance.</p> |
