<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment jig and a heat treatment method which can improve workability of connection and disconnection of pipe materials while preventing invasion of a cooling liquid into the individual pipe materials during cooling.SOLUTION: A plurality of pipe materials W are connected mutually with a heat treatment jig 20 in their end parts W1 and W2, induction-heated and cooled with a cooling liquid. The heat treatment jig 20 includes a first insertion part 21 to be inserted into a first end part W1 of one pipe material W and a second insertion part 22 to be inserted into a second end part W2 of the other pipe material W on both sides in the axial direction. In the outer peripheries of the first and second insertion parts 21 and 22, there are provided cut-off walls 25 arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the individual pipe materials W and partition chambers 26 partitioned on both sides in the axial direction by the cut-off walls 25.</p> |
