<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibration piece and a piezoelectric device, prevented from influence of stress generated due to a joining material.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric vibration piece (110) is fixed by conductive joining materials (152a, 152b). The piezoelectric vibration piece includes: a substrate (111) made of a piezoelectric material and having both principal surfaces of an upper surface and a lower surface; a first excitation electrode (112a) formed on the upper surface of the substrate; a second excitation electrode (112b) formed on the lower surface of the substrate; a first extraction electrode (113a) formed on the upper surface, led out from the first excitation electrode and having a first connection region (114a) joined by the joining material; and a second extraction electrode (113a) formed on the lower surface, led out from the second excitation electrode and having a second connection region (114b) joined by the joining material. Further, at least a part of the first connection region and a part of the second connection region are arranged in the front and back when viewing them from the first excitation electrode and the second excitation electrode.</p> |
