<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-in-box production device and method capable of markedly lessening the installation area of a facility, capable of accurately positioning a bag in a case and capable of decreasing occurrence of broken bags.SOLUTION: There is provided a device for production of a bag-in-box (14) which houses inside a paper box (13), a flexible packaging bag (10) filled with the contents. The device has a filling part (1) for filling a packaging bag with the contents, a bag conveyance part (2) for conveying the filled packaging bag to a prescribed position, and a box-shaping part (3) for shaping a paper box blank into the paper box. In the box-shaping part, a box-shaping core (4) being a core when molding the paper box sucks in and holds the filled packaging bag (10) and has a function transferring the filled bag from the prescribed position of the bag conveyance part (2) to the box-shaping part (3).</p> |
