<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage element in which high efficiency resistance-welding is possible between an electrode laminate and a collector.SOLUTION: In a power storage element 10 including an electrode body 140 formed by laminating a positive electrode 141, a negative electrode 142 and a separator 143, a positive electrode terminal 200, and a positive electrode collector 120 for connecting the positive electrode terminal 200 and the electrode body 140 electrically, the power storage element 10 further includes a conjugate 180 arranged between the electrode body 140 and the positive electrode collector 120, and joined thereto, and an insulation member 190 arranged between the electrode body 140 and the positive electrode collector 120.
