<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion cylinder for an oil burning appliance capable of improving the feeling of being warmed and at the same time accelerating the combustion in a secondary combustion chamber.SOLUTION: The bottom edge of a combustion ring 27 is arranged to cover the upper end part of a glass outer cylinder 18 around the upper end part of an intermediate cylinder 11, and air intake holes 37 are provided in the combustion ring 27 to allow air to flow into the gap 30 formed between an outer cylinder pressing part 21 and the combustion ring 27. As a result, the dark colored portion of the upper end part of the intermediate cylinder 11 is hidden by being covered by the combustion ring 27, so if the combustion cylinder is seen, the feeling of being warmed is not impaired, and at the same time the air flowing in through the air intake hole 37 merges with the air rising up between the intermediate cylinder 11 and the glass outer cylinder 18 and is supplied to the secondary combustion chamber 31 as secondary air to accelerate secondary combustion to thereby achieve complete combustion.</p> |
