<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid filling diaphragm pump device in which a diaphragm is not sucked while being locally superimposed on an air suction hole, even while a piston at stand-by or after completing discharging is stopped.SOLUTION: A liquid filling diaphragm pump device includes: a piston 32 which reciprocates in the inside of a piston cylinder 31, a first diaphragm 34 attached and fixed to a piston body 33 at a compression moving direction front part of the piston 32 and made by a rubber molding sheet, and a second diaphragm 36 attached and fixed to a rear part by a screw and the like so as to cover a fixed board 35 and made by a rubber molding sheet. An air suction hole 38 is positioned so as not to superimposed the first diaphragm 34 and the second diaphragm 36 on the air suction hole 38 when the piston is stopped.</p> |
