The present invention relates to lifting apparatus used for lifting up an object or a person from a narrow and deep manhole or a pit and water. Three support rods are connected to the lower side of a support plate and where a small diameter pipe of the lower side is inserted into a large diameter pipe of the upper side and have an adjustable length. The support plate and the support rod are coupled to enable rotation and angle to easily be adjusted. A base plate of a lower end part of the support rod is connected to enable a ball and a spherical surface to be coupled to enable the angle to freely be moved and is fixated to the firm ground surface with an anchor bolt. Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to provide the lifting apparatus significantly conveniently and firmly be installed although a ground surface state of a site where the lifting apparatus is going to be installed or conditions to install the lifting apparatus are not sufficient.
