PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator operation method and an elevator operation device which can efficiently drive an elevator device relatively easily when control board power is in an interruption of service.SOLUTION: An elevator operation device includes: a coupling device 8 detachably provided between a motor 2 and a sheave 1; an electricity generation power source 12 used in an interruption of service of control board power 6; the other coupling device 9 detachably provided between the electricity generation power source 12 and the motor 2; a torque converter 11 provided between the other coupling device 9 and the electricity generation power source 12; and an electricity generation control command device 14 for controlling the coupling device 8, the other coupling device 9, the torque converter 11, and the electricity generation power source 12 when detecting the state of the interruption of service of the control board power 6. |
