<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reception intensity of radio communication without moving a radio communication device brought in by a user.SOLUTION: Detection means 101 detects the position of a user device 20. Generation means 102 generates reception intensity information representing reception intensity measured by a second measuring unit 16 per position where an own device can move, i.e. reception intensity of a radio signal in mobile communication. Transfer control means 103 moves the own device by controlling transfer means. The transfer control means 103 moves the own device to a position where the reception intensity of wireless LAN communication is equal to or more than a predetermined threshold value on the basis of the position detected by the detection means 101, reception intensity measured by a first measuring unit 14, and the reception intensity information generated by the generation means 102.</p> |
