<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building structure capable of enhancing a vibration control effect of a building of a steel framed reinforced concrete structure.SOLUTION: A structure 10 is a building of a steel framed reinforced concrete structure that is supported on a foundation 12 and that has three underground layers of a rigid-framed structure comprising columns 20 and 30 and beams 22 and 32. A lower end of a wall-like member 100 is firmly fixed, and deformation of the wall-like member 100 by a reaction force of a damper 66 is suppressed. Thus, a reduction in the amount of expansion/contraction (deformation) of the damer 66 by the deformation of the wall-like member 100 is suppressed, and a vibration control effect is enhanced.</p> |
