<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scribe head with a turning mechanism in which the direction of a cutter wheel for forming a scribe line in a substrate is changed to fit in the traveling direction of the scribe line.SOLUTION: A scribe head includes: a ball screw rotating by drive means; a slider lifted and lowered by the rotation of the ball screw; a rotor mounted to the slider and rotated when connected with the terminal of the ball screw; and a one-way clutch for transmitting only one-way torque of the rotor to an outer cylinder member. A holder for holding a cutter wheel is connected to the outer cylinder member. A magnet part having different polarity to each other is provided at the lower end of the ball screw and the upper end of the rotor.</p> |
