<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molding die that can improve the effectiveness of a vacuum attainment degree inside a cavity.SOLUTION: A resin molding die 10 comprises: a pair of dies where clamping of a workpiece and formation of a cavity 16 are carried out by closing an upper die 11 and a lower die 12 and a resin R filled into the cavity 16 is heated and cured; a chamber 70 that encloses the pair of dies; a cavity inner pressure control part 81 that has a function of discharging air in the cavity 16 and communicates with the cavity 16 to control the inner pressure of the cavity 16; and a chamber inner pressure control part 74 that has a function of discharging air in the chamber 70 and controls the inner pressure of the chamber 70.</p> |
