The patent specification provides a transparent electrode and electronic device including the same. The transparent electrode comprises; a photo refractive layer formed on a transparent base material, a metal layer formed on the photo refractive layer, and a metal oxide layer formed on the metal layer. The photo refractive layer comprises polymer resins, photoinitiators, and inorganic oxide particles. The transparent electrode has high light permeability and a low sheet resistance value.
