摘要 |
The present invention relates to a marker and a kit for diagnosing and distinguishing aspirin exacerbated respiratory diseases (AERD) and aspirin tolerant asthma (ATA), containing plasma apolipopretein H. An ELISA is performed in order to identify and quantify ApoH in plasma between subjects of AERD and ATA. Eight protein spots indicate a relative strength difference between the collected plasma of the AERD (n=8) and ATA (n=8) subjects. In MALDI-TOF/TOF analysis, decreases in alpha-fibrino rps precursor, ApoH, fibrin beta, and proapolipoprotein levels, and increases in chain A human complement component C3, 90-kDa thermal shock protein, complement component C4a, and kininogen-1 isoform 2 are shown in AERD, when compared to ATA. The concentration of ApoH, according to the ELISA measurement results (P < 0.01), increased greatly in the plasma of the ATA subjects compared to the AERD and general control groups. The AERD shows changes in protein levels related to complement component pathways and thrombokinesis. Additionally, ApoH increases in ATA, compared to the AERD and general control groups, which indicates that ApoH is related to other causes of AERD and ATA. |
