The present invention relates to a screw tap inspection apparatus using an eddy current sensor. The screw tap inspection apparatus easily and rapidly and precisely inspects whether or not a screw tap is formed and there is a shape defect of the screw tap using an eddy current sensor where eddy current is generated. To this end, the present invention comprises: a support unit; the eddy current sensor, where the eddy current is generated, installed on an upper surface of the support unit and where a mechanical component having a screw hole is mounted and inspecting whether or not formation of the screw tap formed in the screw hole of the mechanical component through current changes and shape deformation of the screw tap; a marking device installed in one side of the eddy current sensor and marking a mark on the mechanical component in accordance with whether or not malfunction of the inspection completed screw tap; and a control unit installed in the lower side of the support unit and controlling operation and an operation state of the eddy current sensor and the marking device. |
