A medical biodegradable suture according to the present invention consists of materials having high affinity to human, so that the medical biodegradable suture causes no side effect for the human body and, even if absorbed into the human body after a predetermined time elapses since the completion of a procedure, minimizes side effects due to the identity or affinity thereof to human tissues as well. To this end, the present invention provides a method of manufacturing a medical biodegradable suture which may comprise: coagulation protein generation step of heating and cooling plasma one or more times to generate coagulated proteins which has gone through jellification from the plasma; and coagulation protein extrusion step of extruding coagulated proteins to generate a suture. |
