The present invention provides a feature to tell the direction delivery frame within the high-availability distributed embedded network′s signal transmission device to reduce problems associated with network traffic overload. The present invention can prevent network traffic congestion in advance, caused by an abrupt increase in multicast or broadcast data within the power network, thus, ultimately meeting the service requirements for mission-oriented and time-critical industrial communications.
