PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform support such that matched failure recording can be created, in an operation maintenance task of an information system managed by a plurality of vendors.SOLUTION: A failure recording management device has: a coping situation database associating and storing a start date at which failure coping with failure that is process information is started, an end date at which the failure coping is ended, information specifying charge of the next process of the failure coping, and information specifying an input person inputting the process information as one record; and a coping situation processing part displaying a warning when the start date corresponding to the information specifying the input person of the coping situation database is after end time of the record in which the information specifying the input person of the coping situation database is stored as the information specifying the charge of the next process. |
