The present specification discloses an artificial blood scaffold, and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of smooth contraction and expansion due to a coated polymer elastic body under the normal physical stress of a human body, and suppressing rupture and tear of vessels by being designed to maximize resistance through the expansion of a fiber structure even when the internal pressure rapidly increases due to other factors. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided are a fiber structure with a specific form containing a biocompatible material and an artificial blood scaffold comprising a porous biodegradable elastic body coated on the fiber structure.
