The present invention relates to a system, service apparatus and method for providing electronic coupon using customer card, which are provided to connect customer card information and electronic coupon in advance, to save them, and to enable to apply the coupon by only presenting the customer card. The service apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a communication unit that sends and receives data to and from a user device, a distribution store server, or a POS terminal; a customer card information management unit that receives customer card information by distribution store from a distribution store server through the communication unit and saves the same; a coupon management unit that receives a coupon from the distribution store server through the communication unit and saves the same; a coupon list creating unit that classifies the coupon saved at the coupon management unit by distribution store and creates a coupon list; and a control unit that, when customer card information is received from the user device, checks if the customer card information received agrees with the customer card information saved at the customer card information management unit, identifies the distribution store on the basis of the agreeing customer card information, extracts the coupon list coming under the distribution store identified from the coupon list creating unit, and controls to provide to the user device. |
