The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a picture frame, and provides the purpose of providing the method for manufacturing the picture frame in order to manufacture a frame member with a single cutting without losing a material, reduce manufacturing costs, and improve torsion intensity. The method for manufacturing the picture frame comprises the steps of: molding an extrusion bar extended length in a longitudinal direction, the extrusion bar having bilateral symmetry simultaneously with top and bottom symmetry; manufacturing a plurality of frame members by cutting both ends at an angel of 45 degrees so that the extrusion bar corresponds to a square frame, in which both ends are symmetric; and producing the square fame using the frame member, in which the a connection pin is inserted between the frame members, and fixing with a screw in the outside. The extrusion bar is penetrated in the middle and coupled to the connection pin, and reinforcing wings are formed projecting from the top and the bottom of an edge part, respectively. |
